Our mountain plans didn’t work out, so my husband suggested exploring FRI Dehradun instead. What followed was a relaxed family day among grand colonial-era corridors, museums and green lawns—with plenty of photos, videos and our first public test of the Insta360 Flow 2 Pro.

After leaving FRI Dehradun, we headed towards Robber’s Cave, but a 10-minute stretch turned into nearly 1–1.5 hours of traffic and we finally turned back. That failed visit made me curious about Guchhupani—its disappearing stream, strange geology, robber legends and hidden stories.
